I have a skit in mind regarding trading Precious Metals and various other valuable commodities after a disaster struck and the current economy collapsed. I need a couple of days at most to get a script and the accompanying renders ready so here's a preview of some of the objects the skit revolves around.

To Hunt with A Gun, or To Hunt with A Bow?
I've been thinking about hunting during two scenarios survival groups call SHTF (Shit Hits The Fan) and TEOWAWKI (The End of the World as We Know It), and I'm thinking about whether I should hunt with a rifle or a bow. Both of these do have their own advantages, but they also have their own disadvantages as well. But still, I would like to hear from Archery, Firearm, and Hunting experts along with Preppers on what they recommend to hunt with when the world goes to Hell.
The rifle has been a viable hunting tool due to the variety of ammunition that suits various game and the magazine fed models contain plently of ammo before it has to reload. But the bullets aren't reusable and they can deafeningly loud if you don't have ear protection. Because if you fire a shot off, it could be like kicking a hornet's nest after a world ending disaster hits. Now even though bows don't have the capacity firearms are capable of, they are still quiet when an arrow is launched from them. As a bonus, the arrows can be reused as long as the arrow heads are resharpened and the shafts are intact. Hence that is the reason why the bow has been useful to hunters since the beginning of time. When the shit hits fan, the bow and arrow would defintely return to favor when it comes to hunting for food and to keep yourself from being discovered by potential hostiles.

The #GoldRoundChallenge is Underway
On ol' Twatter, I've found out that some people so far believe that my FundMyTravel campaign is a scam. So I've come up with a constructive method to get my fundraiser shut down. I like to call this method the Gold Round Challenge. The objectives of this challenge are very simple, accumulate 550 1-ounce gold rounds and send me an email to Ohgunsemporium@gmx.com with at least one photo of the requested bounty and a certification of authenticity from your local coin shop. Once I see that the photos of the collection are legit, I will send you the address to send your bounty, a link to a blog by JM Bullion on how to ship the gold safely, and directions on how to prepare the shipment. And when the shipment arrives I can confirm its legitimacy, I will humbly shut down my FundMyTravel campaign, give you and your local coin shop a shout-out on Twitter, a Gold VIP-Membership of Ohgun's Emporium, and early access to all future updates to my Survival Blog.
Those are rules, you may even mention those who have helped you accumulate the requested amount and I will give them a shout-out, a Silver VIP-Membership of Ohgun's Emporium, and early access to all future updates to my Survival Blog. This is a post where the rules of commenting do not apply, so question this challenge any way you see fit. If you really want my FundMyTravel campaign to be shut down, this is the only way to do it. DO NOT STEAL SOMEONE ELSE'S GOLD and good luck with completing this challenge.
I'll expand this challenge to those who want and have a need to prepare as well. This challenge will not end with just me, I don't want this challenge to end with me...

Vehicular Inspections
Today I was introduced to an RV Inspection company called Blue Ox Enterprise and they gave some very sound advice when it comes to purchasing vehicles you can use to bug out when a World Ending Event hits. Honestly, I would get my vehicles inspected before purchasing them, after a test drive, as well as before and after I make repairs and modifications to them. I wanna know if the vehicle has any imperfections before I take it out of the dealership, as well as before I take it to a customs shop. Because one defective part could be a great determinant of whether or not your vehicle can be viable to get you and your household out of dodge when insanity and chaos take over the town and if that vehicle could kill you.
It shouldn't hurt to get your rides examined, and if you improve upon the defects on the inspection report, it would be one less issue you have to deal with when it comes to surviving hard times.

Appalachia
Oh yes, the beautiful region of Appalachia. I was actually born here. I lived my preschool and the majority of elementary school life here. At times I missed being in that region. However, I lost the true value of these lands during my late childhood and adult years when I spent the majority of those days in the Memphian Suburbs, especially the fighting spirit of the people that were born and raised in this mountainous region of the United States of America.
Now I honestly believe that I need to go back there. I need to completely learn the ways of the Appalachian people from the ground up firsthand. I can't honestly find a better destination to start my journey and my training in Firearms; hunting; survival; Mountainous, and forest region tactics; Kyokushin Karate; and Kenjutsu after modifying my vehicles to operate and camouflage themselves within the forests to keep away any intruders. I believe that Appalachia would be the perfect place to begin my quest to destroy the spoiled brat I became prior to COVID and become the strong man required to survive if not thrive in these harsh times.
I may pay Patara of Appalachia's Homestead, MD Creekmore, Pinpall Preparedness, and Patriot Nurse a visit to show thank them for the lessons they taught me in person after a month or more of training and giving me the kick in the ass I needed to begin relearning what means to be a natural-born Appalachian. After the day I reach 1st Dan in Kyokushin Karate, my training will take me westbound from here.

Rules of Commenting
Okay, after thinking about the debacle I've caused on Minds with this blog... I think I need to establish some rules when it comes to commenting in this blog's comments section. Here are the rules I came up with:
- I don't want to see comments from anyone who has less than one year of expertise in the following fields:
- Kyokushin Karate
- Kenjutsu
- RV Maintenance
- RV Electrical
- Mechanical
- Precious Metals
- Hunting
- Foraging
- Firearms
- Survival
- Medical
- Preparedness
- Literature
- Art
- You must start off your comment with the following template in brackets: [(time) years in (field)].
- Please be mindful of what you post on my blog. That means no incitement of mugging, violence, harassment, murder, rape, or doxing toward me, my family, my friends, or anyone that comments on this blog.
- Keep your ideology out of the comments.
I need sound advice from experts that have not been compromised by Marxist ideologies and have been active within those fields for a year or more. I actually need some tips to abide by while I'm on my expedition and how to improve the skills I'm striving to learn on my travels.
This is not a troll hive where targeting innocent people in harassment and doxing campaigns is fair game. So do NOT act like it is. I will be blocking those who attempt to cause problems in my comments section without giving any quarter to the agitator. Thank you. I'll see you tomorrow for my next blog entry.
